1. Cancellation Schedule - **More than 7 days prior to check-in**: 100% refund (minus payment gateway processing fees). - **3 to 7 days prior to check-in**: 50% refund. - **Less than 3 days prior to check-in**: Non-refundable.

2. Refund Processing - Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method (bKash / Nagad / Bank transfer).
