1. Booking & Reservation Policy - All bookings are subject to room availability and payment confirmation via approved payment methods (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, or Bank Transfer). - Guests must provide valid National ID (NID) or Passport upon check-in.

2. Check-in & Check-out Times - Standard Check-in time: 12:00 PM - Standard Check-out time: 11:00 AM - Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges.

3. House Rules - Smoking inside non-smoking room categories is strictly prohibited. - Pets are not allowed unless specified in designated pet-friendly units.
